I would Be Tarred and Feathered if I were On Biggest Loser!

I weighed in early, I couldn't wait! Are you ready? 2 POUNDS!! I ONLY LOST two pounds! All that work, suffering, pain. See what I mean.

OK, I didn't gain weight and I did lose 2 lbs and it is heading in the right direction. (I'm being positive). Something needs to give this week.

Joanne, 2 lbs. is really good. Experts say you shouldn't lose more than 2 lbs. per week. So that is great!!!!!

Two pounds a week is considered very healthy. Keep in mind on Biggest Loser they work out umpteen hours a day, they dehydrate themselves right before weigh-in to reduce 'water weight,' and a week on TV isn't always a 'real week' if producers aren't confident the results will be enough for viewing audiences. There's a lot we don't get to see. What you're doing is real. I'm not familiar with the specifics of the Daniel diet, but be sure you're not cutting your calories by too much or you could put your body in starvation mode and have a harder time dropping pounds quickly. Also, lots of water flushes the system and can help long term weight loss, and energy retention.
