Lunch Day 1

I just ate tuna, plain, and zucchini, onions and squash cookie in a tbs. oil with pepper. Now I need a chocolate donut.

One way I make foods more satisfying is adding more spices! Instead of just pepper on my veggies, a often add cumin, coriander and ginger to it as well. Just an idea :)
