Not really. But why is it so hard to stay away from something when you know you can't have it? I'm playing big time mind games. I can't have so many things (to eat), therefore I want all those things--really bad!
I don't even think I'm hungry.
Today's breakfast is a bowl of Kashi cereal and coffee. I've kinda veered from the Bible Diet already. Only because I haven't studied it well enough to know what I can and can't have. Slack, I know. But I do have a life, a busy one. I'm going to a friends house today to help her pack, she's moving. My first thought is to bring her a nice juicy banana nut bread so we can sit down together and enjoy it. Darn. Maybe I will bring a bowl of jycima instead.
