2 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
Non-stick cooking spray
1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken or turkey (I used chicken)
1 green onion, thinly sliced
2 tbls. mild, thick and chunky salsa
1. Heat large non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot.
2. Spray one side of one tortilla with spray; place, sprayed side down, in skillet. Top with cheese, chicken, onion and salsa. Place other tortilla over, spray.
3. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into 8 triangles.

those were flour tortillas?? i thought you used whole grain.......
