Joanna, If you are working out and exercising AND CINCHING, you might be making muscle, which weighs much more than fat. With CINCH, you focus on losing inches…Put away the scales, pick up the measuring tape.

With as hard as you're working, I wonder ... are you eating enough calories? Cutting back too much can cause your body to store the energy it has to compensate for calories not being eaten. Losing a couple pounds a week is a very healthy pace, but with attention to detail you're putting into this, you shouldn't have gained weight.
It may be worth getting the opinion of a nutrition/dietician specialist to see if there isn't a missing piece to the puzzle.
