Fried Green Tomato Sandwhich

Start with a nice firm green tomato, I got mine from Kroger today.
Mix cornbread muffin mix, Himalayan salt, and pepper to taste in a bowl.
Mix one egg and some milk in another bowl.
Slice tomatoes thick. Dip into egg mixture, then into cornbread mix, coat generously. Put into sizzling pan with sesame oil. Healthier for you! Fry to a golden brown.

Now put the sandwich together. Use Ciabatta bread, honey glazed ham, real mayo, a fried green tomato and muenster cheese. Consider throwing in a slice of avocado-yummy!
